Wizkid is easily an international favorite when it comes to the Nigerian music scene.
Last night, Megastar, Rihanna, and her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky were spotted backstage at Wizkid’s event in Los Angeles. This is indeed a big win for the king of Afrobeats, and of course Nigerian music industry as a whole.
A video of the love birds spotted while entering and also backstage has circulated social media as fans cannot get enough of it.

However, some on the opposing fan base seem to think that Wizkid is only getting this wide range of international acceptance because Canadian singer, Justin Bieber jumped on the remix of his global hit record, “Essence”.
